We are looking for a Mechanic for the Mechanical Technical Service
As a Mechanic you will work within our production location in Halsteren. Your tasks include performing preventive periodic maintenance, locating and resolving malfunctions and performing repairs on our machinery. You report to the Team Leader Mechanical Technical Service and work closely with the other mechanics and colleagues from the production departments.
What do we expect from you as a Mechanic MTD?
- You possess an MBO Mechanical Engineering degree or have demonstrable MBO working and thinking level
- You preferably have experience as a breakdown technician and in machinery maintenance in an industrial production environment
- You can skillfully resolve disruptions
- You have analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills
- You can function well within a team, but also possess a high degree of independence
- You are stress resistant and persevere until you reach a solution
- You are willing to work irregular shifts: one week day shift (including Saturday once every nine weeks) one week early shift (including night shift once every nine weeks) and one week late shift
