Assemblyman

As an Assembly Worker, you will work according to set work instructions to assemble various standard products. You work with available production equipment and ensure that parts are assembled correctly and within the set standard time. You read PBKs and work instructions, carefully check your own work and take responsibility for the quality of the final product.

You will work with various tools and equipment and ensure that work is performed efficiently, safely and on schedule.

What will be your duties

Production Preparation:

• Reading PBK Product guidance card and possibly scanning work instructions on digital screens present in production
• Reporting any missing materials to 1st Engineer or Group Leader

Mounting and Assembly:

• According to PBK and work instructions sub assemble sheet metal or components, spot weld, assemble sub assemblies, electrically connect products to finally a finished product using available production aids and tools hand and air tools, measuring tools, lifting tools such as hoists, electric pallet trucks etc.
• Scanning kanbans
• Checking own work based on PBK work instruction, visually checking products for any defects and repairing errors found, responsible for the quality of work delivered
• Packing products and adding prescribed documents as per work instruction
• Work as efficiently as possible with respect to hours and materials within established standards and schedule
• Working according to safety standards

What we ask
You have a very good command of the Dutch or English language
You have gained technical experience through work experience, education, a course or a technical hobby such as tinkering
