Job Description

We are looking for a Operator. In this position, you will use modern machinery to process packaging films for the food industry. You will be involved in the entire production process and ensure that the semi-finished product is accurately processed into a high-quality finished product.

In addition to operating and adjusting machines, you’ll be involved in production planning, order processing, and inventory management. You’ll work independently, think in terms of solutions, and have the opportunity to further develop your skills within a growing production environment.

What will be your duties

• Cutting, macro-perforating, and laser-perforating packaging films
• Processing semi-finished products into finished products using modern machinery
• Setting Up and Adjusting the Machines
• Production Planning and Order Processing in the ERP System
• Inventory Management of Semi-Finished and Finished Products
• Conducting quality checks
• Conducting hygiene inspections

What we ask

• LBO or MBO educational level
• Knowledge of or an interest in technology and packaging machines
• Experience in a production environment
• A healthy ambition and the desire to grow
• A solution-oriented and reliable work ethic
• Preferably residing in the West Brabant region
• A Class B driver's license is preferred
• A forklift operator's certificate is a plus

What we offer you

• Salary of €3,000 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek
• A position requiring 36 to 40 hours per week
• Working hours between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
